How to get of dehydration and thirst in Ramadan


Thirst and dehydration is common in Ramadan. It is so hot that, it is very difficult to spend whole day without eating and drinking anything. But, it’s a Islamic month and for a Muslim it is important to fast. If, you are sick or not feeling well then, you can leave fast but, you have to complete your missing fast after Ramadan.   • Water
  • Milk
  • Cumin seeds


  • You need to take one glass of water.
  • Add half cup of milk.
  • Add one teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  • Now, it’s ready to drink,
  • Drink it in sehri time. You will not feel thirsty and dehydrated.
